Protein coffee

High quality whey protein coffee with caffeine!

No sugar is added in this Protein Coffee recipe and it is a high quality whey protein coffee with caffeine! It is a combination of a 27g dosage of whey protein along with 100 mg of caffeine, the two most popular supplementary ingredients for athletes. Whey proteins are the so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary complete proteins, including the 9 amino acids which the body cannot synthesize and which must be ingested through food and are essential for life (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, Methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine). The determination of the nutritional effectiveness of proteins in a diet is based in most cases on the assessment of the extent to which how the nutritional protein nitrogen is taken up and absorbed by the body and how it can compensate for the daily estimated nitrogen loss. The physiological utility value (NetProtein Utilization NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is held by the body, the biological value (Biological Value BV) shows the percentage of absorbed nitrogen that is retained. Thus the biological value is the result of the physiological utility value and the digestibility. Whey protein is easy to digest and has an amino acid composition, which means that its biological value is high - compared to other protein sources such as meat, fish, eggs and soy. Whey protein has a good digestive and amino acid combination, this means its biological ratio adapts well to other protein sources such as meat, fish, eggs and soy. Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs for the growth and maintenance of body tissue. This is why the protein in Protein Coffee contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass *. Protein Coffee contains caffeine from coffee and from added pure caffeine.
