Product information "Scitec Nutrition BCAA Xpress, 280 g can"

BCAA Xpress - Essential BCAA Amino Acid Drink

Powdered drink with leucine, isoleucine and valine.

The linked amino acids (BCAA's) are an important group of the essential amino acids, consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAA's belong to the nine essential amino acids of humans because they cannot be produced by the body. Your only source is through daily food or supplements. On the other hand, they make up
35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that must be obtained through the ingestion of different dietary proteins from different sources.

BCAA's can also be taken in through food supplements, particularly recommended for intensive training sessions or physical exertion. BCAA XPRESS contains a 2: 1: 1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine and because it is a powdered drink, it can be absorbed more quickly as a liquid than in tablet form. It can also be conveniently sipped between workouts.

Consumption recommendation:

Take 1 serving (7 g) daily either before, during or after training, or at any other time such as before sleeping at night with 300 ml of water or other liquids. To achieve the best dissolution, mix your preparation vigorously and let your drink rest for a while.
