The 100% casein complex is a dominant micellar casein milk protein mixture, made exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is high in essential chain amino acids (BCAA's) and very high (higher than in whey) in L-glutamine, the highest and most abundant free amino acid in the human body. 100% casein complex protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscles and the maintenance of bones *. These milk protein products are called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the amino acids it needs, including the 9 amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and that must be ingested through food (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, Phenylalanine, threonine, trytophan, valine).
Extra L-glutamine and taurine plus, as well as the digestive enzymes papain and bromelain, are included in the recipe!
