The BCAAs contained in Easy Gain are known to belong to the three branched-chain, proteinogenic amino acids that play a particularly beneficial role in building muscle and building mass. “Proteinogenic” means “protein-forming” - ideal for a mass gainer whose goal is muscle building and strength gain and thus a high protein intake - even after training (can also be drunk as a post workout shake).

Weight gainer with glutamine - pure muscle building

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in muscles and in our entire body. Glutamine is required for normal functioning of the nervous system, to promote many metabolic processes and to maintain muscle function - the body's own glutamine is used up during high physical exertion, such as strength and endurance sports. Easy Gain was developed, among other things, to counteract a drop in glutamine levels.

Mass Gainer - Ingestion

Mass Gainer “Easy Gain”: Put 100g powder (approx. 7 heaping tablespoons) and 300ml cold water in your blender jar and shake briefly, approx. 20 seconds. The protein-rich and energizing shake can be drunk up to 3 times a day: ideally in the morning, then immediately after training, and about 1 hour before going to bed, so that the muscles receive additional nutrients - by the way, also for the recovery and regeneration of the muscle fibers .

Mass gainers are recommended as gainer proteins in addition to promoting muscle and mass building in the fight against food cravings and as a substitute for small meals in between, since the shake is low in fat and sugar, but contains plenty of protein.

Consumption recommendation: 

100g powder (approx. 7 heaping tablespoons) and 300ml cold

Add water to the blender jar and shake for 20 seconds. Drink up to 3 servings daily. It is recommended to consume it in the morning, immediately after training and before going to bed.
