Blackline 2.0 Core L-Citrulline Malate Powder, 300 g can

Product information "Blackline 2.0 Core L-Citrulline Malate Powder, 300 g can"

L-citrulline is one of the three amino acids that play an essential role in our urea cycle. The other two are ... well? Can't figure it out? There are L-arginine & L-ornithine (all three are included in our The Relevant Booster, by the way). L-arginine and L-citrulline are directly involved in NO synthesis, that sounds great, but what does that mean?

Citrulline is converted to arginine by your body after ingestion and is better suited to raising the arginine concentration in the blood than L-arginine itself.

Citrulline is a non-protinogenic amino acid that was first found in watermelons. It is now made sythetically, so we have no watermelons on our conscience.

There are different types of citrulline, including the citrulline malate, which we want to offer you here.
Citrulline provides a killer pump and can help you increase your plasma levels. Especially in connection with aginine and ornithine it works synergistically. That is also the reason why we use all 3 amino acids in our The Relevant Booster.

There are of course always several areas of application for a dietary supplement. If you just want to take citrulline malate to do something good for your body, just take 3x 1-3g every day with a large sip of water.

If you want to improve your pump during training, we recommend 3-6g about 15-20 minutes before your workout. You will achieve the best results in conjunction with L-arginine.

Consumption recommendation: Daily in the morning and or 30 minutes before training, add 3g (half a spoon (enclosed) with 200ml water to a shaker, shake well and drink. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
