Protein and carbohydrates for training, with the delicious meal replacement diet shake CLEAN MEAL.

What does the ALL STARS Clean Meal Meal Replacement Diet Shake contain?

In addition to whey protein + casein, as the main source of protein, it contains various grain components from oats, barley and spelled, as well as vitamins, omega-3 and MCT fats and the fiber inulin.

The main carbohydrate component of the powder is oatmeal. The whey protein consists of concentrate and isolate, slowly digestible calcium caseinate rounds off the protein profile. Overall, carbohydrates and protein are equally represented in the powder with about 34% each. Sugar is only contained in small quantities; 100g powder only contains just under 2g. It is sweetened with artificial sweetener. The CLEAN MEAL diet shake also contains the important omega-3 and MCT oils, provides valuable fiber with inulin and important B vitamins, vitamins C and E.

Why are carbohydrates and protein so important for an effective workout?

Carbon hydrates are one of the most important sources of energy for the body and an adequate supply is particularly important around training for an effective unit and the subsequent regeneration. Only when the body has enough energy available can training lead to muscle building and more strength in the long term.

Protein, as the most important component of muscles, is directly involved in building and maintaining muscle mass. A sufficient and quickly available supply of proteins is particularly important for regeneration after training. Depleted stores need to be replenished in order to keep the use of the body's own protein for muscle maintenance as low as possible. A long-term undersupply of protein can even lead to the breakdown of existing muscles during intensive training units.

Vitamins and Healthy Fats

The body needs both vitamins and healthy fats for numerous body functions (metabolic processes, enzyme formation, etc.). Particularly in intensive training phases and phases of physical exertion, it is important to ensure that there is sufficient supply so that the body has the essential components that it needs to absorb from food. In addition to a healthy and balanced diet, the CLEAN MEAL Shake can also make a contribution to this.

How is the CLEAN MEAL Diet Shake used?

The powder can be mixed with water, milk or plant-based milk alternatives (almond milk, oat milk, etc.) in a shaker and results in a delicious, filling and creamy shake. He has about 215 kcal per serving mixed with water, about 400 kcal mixed with milk.

The shake can be used as a meal replacement, e.g. if you have to move quickly before training and there is no time for a real meal. It can also be used as a snack to enrich the normal diet if an excess of calories is required to build muscle.

CLEAN MEAL is not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.

Consumption recommendation:

Mix 60g powder (2 measuring scoops = 1 serving) with 300ml water or 400ml milk in a shaker. 1 shake daily (more if necessary), preferably with breakfast, as a snack or as a meal.

Keep out of reach of small children. No substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
